What?
Your funded project is up and running. But how do you keep an eye on your costs and expenses? Based on your submitted financial plan, this workshop will provide you with practical tips and tools to keep your finances under control. What could an Excel spreadsheet look like? What do I have to consider right from the start in terms of accounting? How do I deal with a cash box?
Please note: You will need a current version of Excel on your laptop and should have prior knowledge of Excel and project management experience.
Our speaker Rosita Kürbis will introduce you to controlling for artistic projects and help you design your own spreadsheet for it.
About Rosita Kürbis:
As a funding consultant, Rosita Kürbis has been supporting solo self-employed people, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and institutions in funding matters since 2016 and accompanies subsidised projects and plans at state, federal and EU level. However, Rosita Kürbis has been involved in state funding since 2004, for example she set up the German Music Office from 2004 to 2007 and represented Germany in Brussels at the European Music Office. As a funding consultant, her services include identifying, applying for and managing funding, as well as process consulting, support and accounting for project funding. Rosita Kürbis also passes on her knowledge in lectures, workshops, webinars and team training sessions.
The workshop "Controlling with public funding" is part of the event series "Deep Dive". In this series we want to give you the most practical insight possible about important topics in order to train you in dealing with applications and funding.
The seminar will be held in German on 15 July. Registration will be possible from around the beginning of June.
